Role: Project Manager
Challenge: Produce a digital film that showcases the construction pipeline and gives a sense of what the £8bn, 180-acre Brent Cross Town development will look like in its first completed phase by 2030.
Solution: For the revised version of the film, we planned the route with the client and visualisation agency, including key stopping points. I gathered building and landscape model information from the relevant stakeholders and architects. Next, we laid out the film's timing and pacing. Afterwards, we tested and refined the film until it matched the client’s vision.
Outcome: The phasing film is a staple feature on the large screen in the Visitor Pavilion Marketing Suite (which has welcomed over 60,000 visitors since opening). The film has been viewed by a wide range of audiences, including commercial leasing, residential sales and rentals, investor discussions, public consultation and the general public.
