Role: Project Manager, Art Director, Designer
Challenge: The goal was to produce a document that explains the Brent Cross Town scheme.
Solution: Collaborated with the Chief Development Officer to create the document structure. Sourced the detailed financial and project information and selected the visual content to explain the scheme, scale, Related Argent’s role, the joint venture, financials and other investment partners.
Commissioned a design agency, provided art direction, and oversaw editing and updates for each new edition.
Managed the print production and digital rollout, ensuring quality at every stage.
Outcome: The Overview is a key part of the investment toolkit, having raised over £600m for Brent Cross Town at the time of writing. The book is used by departments as a primer on the Brent Cross Town scheme.
