Role: Project Manager, Art Director, Designer
Challenge: The goal was to produce a document that explains the Brent Cross Town scheme to an investor audience.
Solution: Collaborated with the Chief Development Officer to create the document structure. Sourced detailed financial and project information and selected visual content to explain the scheme, scale, Related Argent’s role, the joint venture, financials, and other investment partners.
I managed the print production and digital rollout, ensuring quality at every stage.
After the successful rollout of the Overview, I oversaw editing and designed the new and revised pages for each updated edition.
Outcome: The Overview is a key part of the investment toolkit, having raised over £600m for Brent Cross Town at the time of writing. Content from the Overview has been used for presentations and other reports and documents.
The book is used by departments and external partners, including high-level partners such as banks, as a primer on the Brent Cross Town scheme.
